 Know your role and duty to help people stay infection-free
 Be able to explain what can cause infection and how it can spread
 Be able to explain why people with disability are more vulnerable to infection
 Be able to follow standard and additional precautions to minimize the risk of infection
 Know where to find more information on infection control and control and prevention.
